Love Your Child

We send them off to school

We ourselves have a career.

They study, learn and observe

As we labor, clock in and out.

Child plays, laughs, and have fun

As we work, talk and earn money.

Then we have our family meal

Gathered together in thanks and prayer.

We tuck them into bed with prayer

We all sleep in night's restful peace.

                               BUT

They learn alarms, drills, storms, shooters

As parents hope it'll never happen.

As children are with their teachers

We are with our friends and co-workers.

When sudden tragedy transpired

It's parents that are called in.

A child scared needs a hand to hold

We must stay brave for their needs.

A day started in love and prayer 

Was shot down by an evil force.

              GOODNESS and EVIL

Love your children always

We never know their end.

Telepathy

Getting to know someone when you spend time talking is the meeting of two minds.

You can signal telepathy taking place. 

The time these thoughts transpired into the wire, minds were thinking alike.

The spoken word that was said previously transmitted into the other person's mind.

The most perfect leaf

I found in October.

A change of colors from

The season that passed.

All the glory of sun, rain,

Wind, hail didn't destroy.

Reminds me of our Savior 

Christ forgiven of our sins.

Although this leaf had died,

Fallen off this large tree...

The perfection that I see

Will long live in eternity.

This girl took note of his shoes; it was

only two types. Business ones and

work ones. He meant the world to her.

His faith in God overshadowed the 

Hard labor days on the farm. And his

Pleasure of business made him a 

Success.

This girl patterned her life and spent 

many days in business.  Her strong 

Faith follows along except she has 

Many shoes!

 I love you, I love you and I will love you forever. Missing you more than I can express, thinking of you more than you  know. Nothing more compare to the happiness I felt for this moment having someone like you in my life. Love you so much, sweetheart!

Realize the Time Lost

I just can’t go to work today. I’m

Having chills, fever, coughing, weak,

Headaches, loss of appetite, congestion.

 

So I’m lying down on the sofa with my

Favorite afghan I had crocheted. Use of

Over the counter products help ease the

Suffering and pain better. When I’m hungry

I take in fluids, soup, soft foods and crackers.

Course I need my soda to stay hydrated.

 

I learned how to care for myself from the

Many medical hospital procedures I had,

And what foods they served; and that they

Also monitor our vitals.

 

This week off taught me that I miss many

Days at home as a working mother and that

God sees to it that we need rest. I loved every

Minute at home this week-even though I

Was sick.

 

Next week is back to the same grind day in and

Day out. Working in such a fast lane that we do

Not realize our lost time of the home life!
