This connection of mine
has been reading my comments in social networking for some time now…even sent
me, along with others’ named, a picture of flowers in her updates. Then one day, she decided to email me a
message…often times in response to my own words in commentary. Then this came to me one day.

THE
INTERVIEW
“Peace
and good!
I
hope you believe what I’ll tell you.
I
have 63 years and my husband is __ years. We met on January, 2012. My neighbor
introduced me to him. A fortnight later he returned with a gift and proposed to
me.”
“I
told him that I had breast cancer in 2010, (finish treatment in November this
year, 2015) said God has led my parents, I’m an only child and I was not here
to play.”
“He
looked at me and said, “I keep saying I’m going to marry you.”
“He
visited me a few weekends, and on 12 May, that same year he took me to the
city, where he lives, went to a jewelry store and he told me to choose
alliances. He took me to visit his friend who blessed our alliances, got
engaged in the presence of the Bishop and he scored our wedding for June 26 of
that year (2012), the day of my birthday, the day I turned 60.”
“He
is an engineer and I am descended from Arabic.”
“As
for my cancer, my oncologist told me in January, 2015 when I take test results.
“Mrs. ____ has no doubts I’ll tell you: You are completely cured.” My husband and I cried with joy.
“I
wish you to be very happy. Kisses, ____”
So
nice to meet you and to hear your story…I seen that you have enjoyed my
comments and maybe my website. Thank you so much.
Even
you look like a young lady! You
certainly are blessed.
There
were many things in life that I missed; and that is why I look forward to the
future…I only think of the future…as my past isn’t worth going back to.
You
certainly have a wonderful story to tell.
God works in mysterious ways…in which I also had known.
We exchanged a few more
pleasantries and photos and I tell you, she is a sweet lady and so beautiful.
She lives in South America.
IN
CONCLUSION
This
story reminds me of scriptures when we have the ability to pray and praise God
for things that we ask him. This can be
read in Psalm 103:1-5 (NIV)
1.
Praise
the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name
2.
Praise
the Lord my soul, and forget not all his benefits
3.
Who
forgives all sins, heals all your diseases
4.
Who
redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion
5.
Who
satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the
eagle’s
