Why Does He Blame Me?

I’m living in the life of hate
He feels as though it’s my fault
He lives a self-centered life
When he’s married to a wife.

She feels so sad a lot of times
Thinking there will be a turn-around
A miracle to help things out
But this can’t seem to; no doubt.

It came to pass with this mess
Conflicts became strong with anger
No way can I continue on with this
I have to move away for some bliss.

Living with someone who craves
His drink of alcohol to get his high
Was never pleasant anymore so
He said it was time for me to go.

When He Should Blame Himself—

Readers, I wrote this verse for you to understand the "feel" of what it may be like in these situations. Before this piece was written, I have spoken with two sources and listened to their views--and it pretty much is the same situation!

Sometimes with life, you never can tell when and why things happen; but I believe it happens for a reason--unknown to us.

I came to feel that the most loving thing I could do for anyone was to tell them how it was with me and share my imperfections with them. When I did this, most people came back at me with what was deep within them. Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is. The way you deal with it is what makes the difference.

A "stoned" person has little or no feelings.
